why there is nothing showing here. how to set an icon there ?

how to set a section in my forum that every new thread in that section will going to moderation and also set a user group that when a user of that group post new thread it will aso go to moderation

1] please search for favicon (eg.)

2a] while creating / editing a forum (through forum management),
for each group permissions, click on Set Custom Permissions link
and at Moderation tab select required settings and save the permissions

2b] Moderation Options are available at group settings
admin panel >> users & groups >> groups >> click on a user group to edit the settings
>> Forums and Posts >> Moderation Options
--> select required settings and save the user group
