I dislike several parts of it. The header with Weeb has a lot of negative space that could be utilized with perhaps images pertaining to the subject matter of your forum. The cyan used has high contrast compared to the grey, and at first glance hurts my eyes. The user cp and mod cp text doesn't align with the drop down menu above it, and when looking at it in the screenshot makes it look really crooked and awkward.
Apart from these few things, it doesn't look too shabby, and the dark theme is a refresher on the eyes overall. The flat aspects are very nice, and modern given its current popularity.
