Login Issues

Here is my forum.
However when someone tries to register, its shows an error; "Missing Birthday" and when logged in and you visit the site - you cant see your logged in. You can fix this by clicking the top logo but thats not normal.

How can I fix that?

This error still shows up when signing up.

THIS IS A BUG REPORT

I left the 2nd one on no because it says it will appear anyways. It does not. (Thats a custom profile field)
