Not getting "Forgot password" email

• Detailed description of your problem, including steps to reproduce if necessary -  Users who register and request a forgot password do NOT receive an email.
  
• URL to your forum/URL to specific problematic page - www.cannabisforums.net
  Whenever someone registers or requests a "forgot password" they do not receive an email. How do I fix this?

Go to your admin panel and see Mail log
Yourforum/admin/index.php?module=tools-mailerrors

You can find all error there.

can you also check whether the test mail given here works ?
if that test mail doesn't work then contact your web host and ask to add php mailing system.
or you have to try using SMTP mail (better if you can use an email account related to your domain - eg. [email protected])
