[Mail] Not Senting activation mail

Well i have this problem,users are not receiving activation mail (I know this is not my host's problem) i did tested this method (http://docs.mybb.com/1.8/faq/mail/) and did received a mail so is there a way to solve this issue?

Well for starters Hostinger I think you are using them for your host don't let you setup SMTP accounts on there free plan but you can check out https://www.sparkpost.com/ which offer free 100k emails a month.
