"RE:" is showing by default when you quote someone (reply post subject)

I suppose re: is short for response.
Question is, how can I alter the default "RE" into a translation.  Smile

oh! but by default, MyBB 1.8.x doesn't show RE: subject line !

anyway, showthread_quickreply template uses code like below
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="RE: {$reply_subject}" />

And RE: is also hard coded in ~/inc/datahandlers/post.php file

It's actually hardcoded in many files, e.g. modcp.php, newreply.php, private.php, etc. You can grep the MyBB folder to find all instances.

You'll also need to modify current database record with a regex query.

If() anyone is wondering, I managed to translate the desired phrase in newreply.php (be sure to save as UTF8)
