Im not sure if this even belongs this website sorry if it doesnt but i have made an application and want to upload it so it can be downloaded from my site but i have no idea how to do that and would be very happy if someone could help me?

you can add your application into a zip file; upload it as attachment into a new topic (new thread) on your forum.
