It will be cool if you can insert a custom reason in the report tool or let user type them themself(togglable)

This already exists. Select "Other".

Yes I know but it will be easier if users can already type themself without ticking other or you can add more reasons

I actually agree with this. If I recall there is a issue open to implement this into the 1.8 series.
