I can't access my forum categories!

I have my forums setup but somehow I can't access them! Nor anyone else.
This is a new site that hasn't had but 2 members (excluding myself) and now I'm screwed.

I tried to add a "News & Announcements 2" to see if it worked but it's like the database is... gone?

There was 1 post in the "Forum Spam" category as a test from a friend.

Idk what's going on! Please help!

EDIT 2: I turned off SEO Friendly URLS and it's back to normal.

So there is no way to actually use friendly urls then?

please note: for NGINX servers, htaccess-nginx.txt file at forum main folder needs to be renamed as .htaccess to use SEF URLs
