ACP - improve user views

It would be great if the user views would be improved (Users » View Manager » Create New View).


=> "Where custom profile fields match..."
Here I am missing badly the possibility to filter 'where field xy IS EMPTY'.

AND:

=> "Fields to Show" should contain ALL fields, e.g. custom profile fields too.
