Cant delete threads

Hello guys,
i cant delete thread!!
i have no idea why this is happening,
i tried from diffrent users diffrent groups and diffrent browsers,
i must fix that!!
when trying to delete thread im getting this message : 
Sorry, but you did not select any threads to perform inline moderation on, or your previous moderation session has expired (Automatically after 1 hour of inactivity). Please select some threads and try again.

im not stupid, i did select a thread and my moderation session ain't expired,
please help me as soon as you can.

tphe1234, your forum http://il-mucommunity.com/ does not have the correct link back to mybb.com . Your powered by MyBB footer cannot consist of popcash links.
I messaged two staff about this, can someone please deny support

it's always been there and always work's i have no idea what you're talking about,
might be one of the million problems in my forum...
