[Pushed] Custom mod tools - split post - MySQL 5.7 incompatibility

Hello,
there is incompatibility bug with MySQL 5.7 on split post in custom moderation tool.
I added simple tool to split selected posts from thread to new forum and when I try use it, there is a bug:
