"406 Not Acceptable" Error

I'm getting a "406 Not Acceptable" Error as I'm trying to remove the <strong></strong> tags from my Showthread template, any idea why?

I don't really like how the <strong></strong> makes things look on the theme I am designing so I'm trying to remove them where I think they don't look well.

looks like mod_security is enabled by your web host. its better to ask your web host to disable it for your site
