hai all,
can i do this? change the email format send
   

to have email design with html and css

instead of this

It is easy, you need to create a html custom theme template and once you are sending mass mail, put your html code in
Send Mass Mailing: Step 1 - Define the HTML Message
It will send it in your specified format.

And for changing the format of normal messages modify it here in messages.lang.php in FTP
Path :- ./inc/languages/english/messages.lang.php
