[General] Reputation System not working

Hello guys. I recently installed a theme I really like on my forum. Theme name: Flatty
BUT since I installed it I can't rate anymore users, when I try to rate a user the window doesn't come up. 
I already try to use the theme but change the template pack to defaut then it works but it's different then how I want it.
So I tried to copy all codes from the reputation template files of the default template pack to the one in the Flatty Templates, but this didn't fix the problem either.

I would much apprecied it if someone could help me with this. I don't want to change the theme.
