Should be this to edit in the global.css

.post .post_head {
font-size: 11px;
padding-bottom: 4px;
border-bottom: 1px dotted #ddd;
margin-bottom: 4px;
}

or

.post .post_author {
border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc;
border-top: 2px solid #ccc;
background: #f5f5f5;
padding: 5px;
overflow: hidden;
}

depending on how your theme has been modified.
