Forum Team Not Showing Displaying Properly

This user has been denied support.

When I login to my forum as a regular user and view the forum team page. It displays two different groups for Moderators. I would like there to just be one group. How do I accomplish this?

Additional information.

The person jewgalo that is showing up in his own category is a mod but of a Hidden forum.

This has to be the problem because I made a dummy account a mod of a regular forum and they appeared correctly on the forum team page.

So the mod of the hidden forum is getting their own category. It is not a permissions issue.
