Registration error

Hi, when users go to register to my mybb forum, thei are getting this error:

Hey there buddy!  Could you run a file verification and make sure your core files have not been modified?  Furthermore, the issue may be caused by edits to your registration template.  Have you changed this template at all?  Check if the same error occurs under the default MyBB template as a test.
