when I send a message, there is several codes in it but in threads and posts there is not.

I had this problem when upgrading from 1.8.6 to 1.8.7 MyBB .

The file that causes the problem, if i understand your problem, the BBCode remain displayed once published and over does not make the desired action.

This file is "inc/class_parser.php"

I do not know if you the same Exactly problem as me, but bould be rescuer .

To simplify, i put the file "inc/class_parser.php" MyBB 1.8.5

Then I remember too, but I had to make corrections by hand and everything works like magic !

I am French and my English is very bad, I translate with Google ... Sorry : - /
