Deactivate all your plugins one by one and see which one is causing this. When you know which one; look at the mods site (http://mods.mybboard.net) for an updated version.

In the file moderation.php, at line 1099:

currently:

		$plugins->run_hooks("moderation_do_multimergeposts");

should it be:

		$plugins->run_hooks("moderation_multimergeposts");

?

At line 1164:
should it be:

		$plugins->run_hooks("moderation_multisplitposts");
