how to remove perm warning option

I would like to remove the permanent warning option...where the warning never expire. How can this be accomplished. I am having trouble in what to search for to find it. I would also like to remove the month option. I know this could be reverted by example making 52 for weeks...but mods are most likely not going to do that.
