I have been trying to remove .php from the majority of the pages I can, However when I click back to my index through the breadcrumb it brings me to "www.mydomain.com/forum/index.php" and I was wondering if there was a way I could have it link to "www.mydomain.com/forum/"?

In your configuration you can set home URL to another website just change it from ACP > Configuration > Site Details and you can change home URL. Btw why you want to remove .php? also if you only want to change just index.php you can do it from your theme's templates in header.

I have everything else pointing to / (my forums home index) and I don't want mydomain.com/forum/index.php I want mydomain.com/forum/. The only problem I'm having is JUST with breadcrumbs pointing to the index page. I think the only way to actually do this is by going through all the actual files and find all breadcrumbs pointing to the index page.
