1.8.8 upgrade stuck on data Cache Building

I'm running 1.8.7 and trying to upgrade to 1.8.8, once i get to data cache building it gets stuck.
This is what i see now and my site doesn't load once i remove the install folder.

I ran /install/upgrade.php manually like usual upgrades.

Can you make sure that all files, particularly inc/class_datacache.php, were uploaded/overwritten correctly and try to run the upgrade script again?
