Recommend Best Shoutbox Choice?

Hopefully this is best place for this (if not, I'm sorry. Feel free to move it) but I am looking for a shoutbox for a forum. I am pretty new to using mybb, and Ive found alot of choices but I dont know where to start on which is best.

What I want is one that will go at the top of the forum main page (with the forum sections below) approx the size of THIS area Im writing in now (the area you have to write in when you are posting a new thread on here). I do need the capabilities to ban users.

Does anyone have any recommendations on my best option of plugin?
