Hopefully this will be my last major issue that I cant solve on my own. I cant find a plugin/extension or a script to put in, that works for a mybb forum, that creates a total custom (the questions) form or application, preferbly that members can post in a new thread after they've filled it out. Specifically Im needing it for a "Join (or rejoin) app".
