Hello, I recently opened a commnity with this platform (http://arctikcs.com/index.php) and I want to put in the description of categories or a forum a banner ,like this  ,a banner from gametracker server , like this 

But, doesn't work....and i don't know why...i put this code and not working .

After,I put this code but still did not work.

Forum descriptions are sanitized which means the HTML you enter won't show up as expected.
