Is it possible to write custom reputation value to certain user? I want user's actual rep value to be hidden and instead of that character I selected to be shown. But actual rep count still should be active.

I'm unable to check to confirm this at the moment but I'm assuming you can do this this from the mybb_users table in your database. If I'm mistaken then I'll find out for you when I'm on my laptop.

Yes as Sharree said if you go to the database then mybb_users and select the user you can give them a new input for reputation.
The signature does not exisit.
