Hello mybb commnity!

i just have a simple question i want to ask.

There has been lots of spam asvertisers, and i was
wondering if there was a way to have a time limit
before posting another thread?

In 1.8.9,
Admin CP - Settings / Posting / Enable Post Flood Checking and set time limit.
