Manual Post Redirect?

Is there a way to add a redirect to a subforum (to another post) manually?

Eg: Like "move", except the one it's moved "from" isn't redirected?

I could do this by moving it the post of interest from the one subforum to another (w/o a redirect), and then move it back (with a redirect). But is there a less hacky way?

Hmm, I did what I suggested, moved it to another forum and then back...

But now (a few weeks later) move doesn't give me an option to add a redirect. Is there some sort of condition that determines when the checkbox to allow a redirect is visible?

Hmm, you do it from one spot, you get the option to redirect. If you do it from a different spot you don't.
