Remove 1 birthday hidden

Hello does anyone know how I could stop "1 Hidden" showing in todays birthdays ?

I see no point in showing 1 hidden birthday if a member has decided to hide their date of birth in their control panel.

I did try this https://community.mybb.com/thread-204827...pid1248277 but it still shows the today's birthday box.

I have the template conditionals plugin if it helps.

Tried but the box is still there.

To clarify. The 1 hidden has gone but there is still a box with today's birthdays. I'm trying to hide the box too like it is when there are no birthdays.
