Change Usergroup After X Time and No Posts

Is it possible to have a users group changed automatically if they haven't made any posts in the past x amount of time?

Lets say:
I want a user to be moved to the Inactive group if they haven't made any posts in the last three months.

I tried looking at group promotions but it does not have a time frame to select.
Any other options?

I've downloaded and installed it, however it says this under User Activity:
"Time online must be selected as a required value for this to be included. Select whether the time spend online should be counted in hours, days, weeks, months, or years."

Does this mean I have to input something in the time online?

Choose the time limit of latest user posting before that user will be moved into the other group. (Also see plugin screenshots on mod page)

Edit: You're right....I have to edit the description in plugin lang file....Time online isn't necessary!
