i test in two site wp with diffrent theme safiha and personal theme but not show any post

Seams you hoster not allow the way the plugins try to open the URL. Are you on shared hosting or you use a VPS?
If you are using a VPS check the error logs.

Contact your hoster? Or you may try to search some other methods for connecting/call the rss file.
