Subscription Checkboxes

So I was wondering if rather than having a dropdown menu for subscription method in the usercp and new thread/ new reply pages you have checkboxes instead to allow more than one option to be selected. I also want to remove the PM subscription method so you will have options like this:

x Subscribe to this thread
x Receive E-Mails for new replies
