[Rejected] Remove "auto quote" from MP

I saw a user saying this:

I am getting complaints from my members that don't like the fact that every PM sent keeps all the last info quoted.
The PM just keeps getting bigger and bigger when sending back and forth. I know, .. hehe .. i just delete the quoted stuff above, but they want it gone so it's not a pain they say.

... which does reflect my point of view.

For a thread, the user can choose to reply with or without quote. So for consistency, it should be the same for PM?

Private messages will be replaced with conversations in MyBB 2.0, quoting won't really be a thing.
