It will be possible on V2 but I paused the development until the end of July due to upcoming exams and job deadlines

Hi Diego,

In newer versions of MariaDB (10.2.4) / MySQL (8.0) rows is now a reserved word.
You can fix it by editing the badges plugin file and adding backticks around the word -> rows in the sql query.

/inc/plugins/badges.php -> badges_install() function - line #39

$query_add = $db->simple_select("settinggroups", "COUNT(*) as `rows`");
