guest viewing "no permissions page" should I worry

sorry if this is an idiotic question but I am viewing the whos online list and their is a guest viewing and it says their viewing the "no permissions page"

should I worry?

No you don't need to worry. That just means they went to an url they don't have permission to view. The page will say You don't have permission to view this page, etc.
