Template help

So I recently got MyBB, and I was wondering how you easily identify which templates I need to edit certain things? For example, I am currently trying to edit this:

So which template will I need to edit to remove/add certain features to this? (It's whenever someone posts something it shows up on the left.)

Also, "Uyari" is Turkish for warning, but not sure how to change it back to English?

user information comes from postbit_author_user template (in the Post Bit Templates)

see postbit_warninglevel template - may be Uyari word used there instead of {$lang->postbit_warning_level}
