How can I let moderators change roles in the Mod CP but they can't change a person's role that has a higher role than them?

You can't without a plugin.

Moderators changing permission of other moderators ?
Why ?
Whats the purpose of your Super Moderators on your board ?


Moderators changing other moderators permission = no good can come from this.
