text-shadow and background in span

Hello I'm working in a rank tag and it works without the text-shadow

but with the text-shadow he doesn't work

<span style="color: #FF0000; text-shadow: 1px 1px 0px #FF0000, 1px 1px 0px #ff0000, 1px 1px 2px
#ff0000, 1px 1px 9px #ff0000;"> <span style= "color:ff0000; background:url(https://i.gyazo.com/4f609ab9028f4e76364c508439ec33f0.gif);"> <strong><em>{username}</em></strong></span>
