Where is this fetched from - it came from older theme

Hello. I have upgraded to 1.8.12 from 1.6.10

I was using apart new theme previously

Installed netpen

Netpen fetches this from older theme or somewhere else but i cant find it

and when i make it smaller for responsive these comes from older theme but cant find how and where

   

I mean those 2 buttons you see when resized to smaller width

found it after dumping database

it was in board name
