Disable Database Backups in ACP

I believe it's a useless feature, if I need a backup of my DB I'd do it via hosting control panel and not ACP.

Leaving that in ACP may expose to risks if by chance anyone get access to an Admin account + PIN.

Can I just delete "backupdb.php" from the proper ACP module?

Yes you can safely delete the backup module without screwing anything up.
