[Performance] Threads Not Showing Up/Templates Not Updating

I have tried everything in my knowledge to find out why this is happening and I just can't.

When I post a thread, I will get redirected to the newly posted thread per usual but it will not instantly show up in the threadlist.

When saving settings in the ACP I will get no confirmation message UNLESS I flip over to the "Tools & Maintenance" tab, this is also true for trying to save template edits.



Does anyone know whats going on and could offer help?

Did you use some serverside caching?

The issue was fixed by turning off NGINX micro-caching server sided.
