/install not working

I'm new to setting up websites on dedicated servers but whenever I run the WebsiteHere.com/forum/install it seems to bring up the code for mybb and not the installation page. I've correctly assigned the permissions and made sure I'm going through the right directory.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

looks like php files are not executing. please contact your web host for fixing it.
