Hello,

We are sorry you are having problems but you can try:

Going to Admin CP -> Configurations -> User Registration and Profile Options then go down to Maximum Registrations Per IP Address and set it to nothing or anything above "2" and try again.

^ Maximum Registrations Per IP Address set to 5 should be sufficient.

It's up to you setting it to "0" or leaving it blank makes it so users can register unlimited amount of times on their internet (IP). So it's up to you but 5 is good too.

Is your site behind a proxy? Some proxy setups incorrectly show ALL visitors as coming from the same IP.

I'm curious where the suggestion of 5 comes from. If this number for a reason? Or is it arbitrary?
