Can't log out on test account

On my forum, I created a test account. I can log in. When I log out, it says the usual stuff. When it brings me back to the index, though, I'm still logged in. If i delete my cookies from chrome, it logs me out. And the weird thing is, I can log in and out of my admin account just fine. It's just the testing account.

Please check if there is any serverside or cloudflare like caching enabled and disable it.
