i've uploaded the upload directory to the root folder but i don't see it in the control panel.

You should upload the plugin file in your inc/plugins directory rather than the root.

i haven't explained my self correctly

i did uploaded it to the upload directory already

nothing changes on the control panel for some reason

i've used the hosting uploader and not an ftp client

i didn't even made changes to the permissions
