No, I'm sorry. All users, posts, and other such things are saved in database. MyBB have just software files in it.

Is it possible to make a new database but merge the forum files with it?

See, you can make new database and forum and all, but without old database, you haven't posts, users and all that things. You will have only software files, languages, themes, plugins and images, attachments...

Well, uploaded things can be found at your forum root folder under map uploads.

To save theme you are having go to ACP -> Templates & Style -> {theme name} -> Export Theme

Images of your theme / forum can be found in your forum root under map images.
