HTML in Normal Posts?

Is it possible to use HTML in normal post? I haven't found a setting for that nor have I been successful in getting HTML code to render well.  It just shows the html tags in the post.

html posting can be selected for each & every forum through its settings
at forum management section of forum admin panel.

however I'd suggest to use HTML in Posts plugin
& allow html posting for trusted user groups / trusted users only

I have enabled html in the admin cp, but when I want to create a post with i.e. this iframe <iframe width="640" height="360" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border: none;" src="https://www.bitchute.com/embed/0NdcOobGfgPH/"></iframe>

I get this error

Ahhhhh, now I know what's wrong. 
1. You have to set the editor to source code mode
2. The preview doesn't work, but actually submitting the post works
