Iam getting theme problem as the theme doesn't load and i tried to reset the panel 3 times.
PS: no theme images

see broken style related guidance
basically change protocol used for board url [use https] & check if it helps
( hard refresh browser if required on index page --- eg. press CTRL + F5 )
