Hello,

I am trying to get a roleplay forum off the ground, which involves a lot of HTML being posted within threads for writing tables.  We're so close to being able to open but this is a showstopper.

I have noticed that only the role of "Administrator" can post HTML--any other role, including senior moderator, only posts the code language and not the interpretation.

All of our forums have a box checked which enables posting HTML.  My hunch is that it has to do with user groups because if I promote a user to an administrator, their already existing post's coding will work.  If I change them to anything else, the formatted post turns back into plain coding.

Let me know if you need more info!

I'm not sure if this plugin still works, but it might be worth a try: https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=16
